Psalms 121:1-2 A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. (2) My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.The Lord Jesus is the source of all help and we know Jesus is the Word and that His word is truth. One thing that bothered me was just how many ministries offered help but if you could not afford to pay you were just plain out of luck. So God led me to have this site to have helpful resources that could be downloaded for free. Lessons, devotions, books, Sunday School lessons, whatever. Because the Bible tells me:
Mat 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.The context is not that if someone donates a toaster oven to my ministry that I cannot sell it to pay the bills, but that what is given to us from God, His Word, His Power, needs to be passed on freely to others. So there will never be a charge at this site for downloading material.
There has been many versions of this ministry over the years since it was first founded as a site on Angelfire (I know I will be dating myself but those were the days there was only an ad on the index page and all the other pages were ad free) and over the years (the first site was back in 1996, so we have been around 15 years) we have changed host several times trying to provide the best value to keep it free.
So now as a part of this ministry The Pastor's Corner has started. It is part of the same ministry bringing fundamental Bible teachings to the internet for free. Check out the site for some free resources, check out the blog for devotions, short Bible studies and the like, and be sure to drop me a line and let me know what you think (or a topic that I have not covered that you might want to know about).
